The villa consists of a living room with open plan kitchen (All Main appliances including dishwasher) a Shaded Terrace with views to the swimming Pool, 3 bedrooms (Double with en suite Bathroom plus Twin Bedroom plus bedroom 3 with two singles arranged as Bunk Beds) A family Bathroom, Bedroom 4 has its own entrance separate from the main villa . Bedroom 4 is the largest of the 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 single beds plus a double sofa bed , there is also an additional shower room with bedroom 4. Outside are mature established gardens all around, Parking, Good sized Private Swimming Pool, 6 sunbeds, seating areas , BBQ. The nearest Beach is at Cala Capitan ( 7 minute walk) Local Restaurants, bars within a 3 min walk with many more 10-15 minutes walk. Supermarket 5 min walk. The Villa has a large selection of children’s video films and Board Games

The Villa is Located on Calle La Quilla in the heart of Cabo Roig. The nearest Beach (just a 7 minute walk) is at Cala Capitan its very child friendly with calm break waters and a children’s climbing frame. Several more beaches are available with beach bars and water sports all within a 10 minute walk of the villa. The nearest local Restaurants bars etc are within a 3 min walk with several more with 5 - 10 minutes walk Local well stocked supermarket is a 5 min walk. Cabo Roig Strip (on N332 coastal Road) offers an abundance of restaurants cafes bars shops banks etc The strip is a little further at 10-12 minutes walk
