Very established area lots of restaurants cafes shops supermarket news paper shop banks etc all within easy walking distance the famous Playa Flamenca Saturday market is a 7 minute walk local bus stop goes into Torrevieja Town centre

The apartment is situated in Playa Flores complex in Playa Flamenca area. Approx 25 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier Airport and a 55 minute drive from Alicante Airport. Playa Flamenca is a Popular well established residential area set besides the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. All you need is within walking distance Local shops cafes restaurants bars newspaper shop post office internet mail room banks large supermarkets street market etc are all within easy walking distance plus many many more within 5 – 10 minute walk. From the apartment Terrace you can see the 2 local beaches of Playa Flamenca (both can reached within a 3 minute walk) the Beaches have blue flag status for cleanliness and facilities. The apartment also looks directly over the newly constructed playa Flamenca promenade so from the Terrace you can relax and watch the world walk by with boats sailing past in the distance - a great location

The Apartment is on the second floor (with a Lift) of a gated complex, a code is required to enter the complex which will given to guests on arrival. on the ground floor are many cafes restaurants newspapers shops. there are also 1 or 2 Bars however they are not noisy loud bars , we have never received any complaints from guests about noise - plus the apartment is arranged so the 2 bedrooms are on the far inside of the complex so there is no problem sleeping at night. Please also note the road going around the apartment building (see Google map Below) is not a busy highway, its a small residential Beach road with a low speed limit, Cars generally drive very slowly around as they are looking for somewhere to park
