Beautiful villa and pool in a lovely location. (villa ref 824274)
If you are after family quality time we found it here. My two teenage boys didn't miss their playstations once.We swam, played on the inflatables, played cards and laughed a lot.When we did venture out we couldn't wait to get back to the villa as we missed it. The villa was immaculate and had everything you could want. The beds were comfy too. The location was ideal and the neighbours were very friendly. The agents were first class in every way and Antonio the gardener was lovely. We walked to the pink salt lakes which is a must and also visited the local waterpark which was very enjoyable. The best days for us though was just spending time at the villa, making the most of the pool and beautiful weather. There is a large supermarket on your doorstep which is stocked with a good variety of food. Every evening we walked to the Filton Centre with a good choice of restaurants.Our favourites were The Filton which is excellent and at the top of the road we found a delightful tapas restaurant called The Balcon. We loved everything about our holiday and look forward to returning!

Washing machine was an asset, pool was large. There's a built in BBQ in the 'bar' overlooking the pool. Looked quite small for 9 people but we managed well (kids eating first). Area is lovely. Nearest bar is just round the corner. A slow 25min walk up to Cabo Roig strip . Beach is just round the corner and down steps/slope. Villamartin square is a 15 min drive away and is lovely. Really enjoyed our stay here. There was lots of outdoor space at the villa and plenty of sunbeds. Would recommend a car if going in August heat just for getting the shopping.

From the minute we pulled back the sliding gates and seen the pool hot tub and inside the villa we knew we were going to have an amazing time

Fabulous Villa and Private Pool (villa ref 824274)
The villa was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed, also it was very private and as soon as we arrived we felt at home. The pool was fantastic, clean and maintained by Antonio.
We did have two issues, the first being the steps leading up to the villa are difficult particularly if you are elderly or have difficulty in walking especially as there is no hand rail. The second being the stairs inside the villa, unfortunately my sister fell down them and had to be taken to hospital, we think the fall was due to the steepness of each step and where the stairs bend round half way down there is nothing to hold onto. It might be an idea to have anti slip trends on each step.
Overall we had a fantastic time and look forward to spending time again at this villa next year.

What a lovely location - as soon as we walked through the gate we all headed straight over to the view
It is amazing – breath taking .
We spent most of our time sitting on the large outside terrace looking at the views & enjoying the sound of the waves
We were a family of 12 (4) children - The villa is very spacious & clean which allowed us to have some privacy & quite time when needed .
It is also very well equipped for a large family
Cabo Roig beach is lovely – very clean , it also have a very good super market only 5 minute walk from the villa which bakes lovely fresh
Bread & pasties daily , its well stocked and had everything we needed.
The rental company were very good from making the first enquiry to the end of our stay , they were at the villa to meet us on our arrival
they were happy to spend time telling us about the area and good places to eat & visit
We would definitely love to return to this villa one day - Fab holiday

As the advert says 'million dollar location'! (villa ref 423868)
Our group of 6 ladies were thrilled with the location and size of the villa.
Lots of space for privacy. Plenty of sun loungers.
A lovely warm sea breeze meant no need for air conditioning.
Our favourite time was having al fresco long lunches and it was ideal with all the outdoor space available.
The beach was lovely and was fairly quiet when we were there.
There was a gorgeous panoramic view from the terrace or the conservatory area.
We all agreed it was the best villa we had ever stayed in and are looking to book again next year.
Perfect Villa (villa ref 1350455)

Words cannot express how happy we were when we arrived and had a look around the villa . The amenities were just what we needed for a week's holiday . The villa was lovely and clean and very well maintained , the pool was fantastic lovely late night dips to cool off .
Location is ideal great park areas for the children to play . Los Balcones has a good bus service into Torrievieja town and beaches , the bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk from the villa . We had a great day at the water park kids loved it , us adults found it too busy but then you expect it during peak season .
The filton centre had a good range of bars & restaurants - Chinese, English , Indian & Spanish
There are also two super markets within walking distance
We would certainly rent this exact villa again if we return to this area

lovely, clean and relaxing villa (villa ref 440449)
This villa is in a fantastic location and in walking distance to everything you would need. The villa felt very homely and was well equipped. The outside area was also beautiful with a lovely pool and a lot of privacy. We would definitely consider returning. Our only concern was that there was no air conditioning. This did not bother us at Easter time, but may get very hot in the Summer months. Apart from that, everything was fabulous!
Stunning Villa - Perfect Location (villa ref 1034055)
Stayed in this Villa for a week. Fantastic large outdoor area with a large (deep) swimming pool. Clean, amenities are great, the decked area is ideal for cool off with shade and is non slip. Wonderful 'indoor' kitchen with huge sliding doors to make almost outdoors feel. Very private grounds, no intrusive noises. Indoors was very clean, spacious, the shutters (every window in the villa) are great at night too. Love it and am already planning to go back.

5-We had a great holiday in Villa Casa Anna. Great property, with exceptional facilities, in one of the best locations on the Costa Blanca for a relaxing holiday. Lovely to find that the furniture and furnishings are not the usual utility type, but quality throughout. The villa felt like home from home, but it obviously is a home and not just another ‘Let’. We felt that the property had been specially cleaned and prepared for us as your first English customers this year. This was confirmed by the ornamental BBQ on the patio. When we arrived this was sparkling clean, we washed and cleaned this twice in the week we were there, when we left it was still not as clean as we found it, the sand gets everywhere when it rains. All four of us are professional people, which means we were happy to water the plants and wash down the walking areas, it allows you the ‘time’ to relax, wind down, think and take care of something you are happy with. 6 -Hi Kerry Got home safe and sound to some lovely cold weather, totally depressed, this was the only holiday I can honestly say I would have stayed another week. The villas was superb. We felt totally at home there and I can honestly say I would recommend it to anyone and would consider going back again myself. I loved the area as it is so Spanish. The people are lovely and being there during the Fiestas really made it special. Bill and Sue are lovely people who genuinely seemed happy that we enjoyed staying at their property. 25- Would just like to say we had a wonderful time. Phil was great and helped us out on a couple of occasions, with medical help from the local doctor and also getting us a football for the boys. We all injoyed the week in the villa and also the view from the villa.

Local supermarket only 7 mins walk and few bars and restaurants about 10 mins walk. Cabo strip is a good 20-25 mins walk away.

We explored the town and beach a little in a hire car, which was certainly needed to get around, although most of our time was spent in this quiet urbanisation because of our little one's routine. I had worried about her comfort and the space for my husband and I to enjoy ourselves too but al of us were able to fully relax.
Within a very short walk we found a suficient choice of cafes (the German bakery does a good breakfast) and restaurants (including some Chinese buffets) to suit our limited needs. The supermarkets were not far away either and the new nearby shopping mall was great for when we'd had enough of the pool.
We asked for the transfers from the airport to be included and this really tok the stress out of the holiday - although it was quite expensive, travel to and from the villa was comfortable and pleasant. villa ref 61686

We found the Villa to be clean and comfortable and quickly made it our home.Any minor problems were easily solved and advice was given freely by Kerry . He was always at the end of the phone should anything come up. A problem with the washing machine was sorted the next day by a qualified electrician - no problem.
We also had a bigger problem while trying to get on to the "Padron".
The Town Hall insisted that we must have a minimum of a 6 months Rental Contract to qualify . We had only a 4 months contract. Kerry came to the rescue and to our relief helped us resolve the problem.
It is our opinion that JKVilla Rentals provide a very good service and are willing to go "the extra mile" to help in any way they can.
Having "someone who cares" at the end of the phone is great for your peace of mind and is beyond price should you get into difficulty.
I recommend JKVillaRentals unreservedly.
[P.S. We have now purchased our own Villa and are settling in well]
